Confirmation of order:
All orders are confimed automatically (via email - remember to check under spam folder or other folders). If there are any problems with your shipment (remaining order / sold out items) you will be informed within 8 hours through email.
You are always able to follow your order-status by following the link that is added in your confirmed order or by entering your login account. Order status is at the top-left hand of the order page.
Orders that are to be paid through bank will be valid for 10 days from the date the order has been placed. Subsequently they will be cancelled.

Payment:
Orders can be paid in the following ways:
Credit card:
The graphics at the right show what type of cards we accept.
IslamGuide.dk use payment-gateways through Paypal. The communication with these payment solutions are tested by PBS. All types of credit cards are encrypted.
If we are not able to send the whole order, we are able to reduce your payment to the new order total. On the other hand, we cannot increase the amount if you wish to add more items to your order.

Shipment:
Normally we deliver the same day we receive your payment but in cases of illness og other unforseen circumstances we have may send shipments to addresses in Denmark within 7 days. For shipments abroad we generally ship within 30 days from the date the order has been received.
If your order contains items that need to be ordered, it will be sent when we have collected the whole order.
All orders will be shipped as postal parcels through Post Danmark and are tracked by their Track & Trace system.
You will receive an email with the T&T number when we ship the order.

IslamGuide.dk ships orders for cash on delivery in Denmark only. There is no option of receiving cash through postal offices from abroad. If you reside abroad you have the option to pay via bank-to-bank transfer or by Visa/Mastercard. The order will be shipped to the customer after the receipt of transfer through our bank.

IslamGuide.dk uses Post Denmark shipping services.
Shipping costs within Denmark (2017):

Overseas and foreign destinations pay shipping cost rates that apply at Post Denmark.
These rates are coded into our system and you will always be informed of the shipping cost before you accept the order. You will not be paying more than the system has calculated.

Returns:
You have a 20 day rights of returns / regret.
The goods are to be returned in their original packing and any protective wrapping, i.e. oils and honey must not be opened. All clothing must be returned with any tags if possible.
Clothing that needs to be changed for other sizes will be changed the day we receive your returns. The cost of return-shipments af this type is paid by you. We, on the other hand, pay the shipment back to you.
If you need to have your payment returned it would ease our handling if you send us your bank information. We will be needing the following information: (for customers with bank accounts in Denmark)

We return the payment the same day we receive the goods.

Complaints and guarantee:
A two-year guarantee is offered against manufacturing errors on all products.
IslamGuide.dk exchanges or repairs any, if possible, defect products but we reserve the right to settle a complaint by disbursing the cost price of the product.
The expense of this type is defrayed, in agreement, by IslamGuide.dk.
